Homes Central has provided professional residential real estate services in the Downtown/Midtown area of Houston since February, 1992. Initially our company devoted its full attention to the sale of 278 condominium units. These units which are located in the 2016 Main Hi-Rise condominium building had been acquired by an investor partnership in a block purchase. In 1998, Homes Central began marketing condominuim units at The Court at Museums Gate -- a garden style gated property located at 4004 Montrose. With the successful sale of units in both properties our comany's focus expanded to other properties in the Downtown/Midtown area, both in sales and leasing. Homes Central remains committed to the premise that the demand for residential housing in Downtown/Midtown will continue to increse.
